This report is prepared for the exclusive and confidential use of the client named above and is a component of a process designed to assist the client in the achievement of its business objectives as described to Kilberry. The report is a summary of our understanding of the behavioural characteristics of individuals at this point in time based on Kilberry’s process and procedures. This report is but one outcome and is one of a variety of factors used in making decisions. It is not complete without the interpretation of a trained professional and should only be used in conjunction with all other reports or information available to the client. This information is dated. If more than two years have elapsed since the date of this report, the findings must be weighed with new information about the individual or the organization to account for changes that have occurred.
